This South African duo composed of SIBOT (aka DJ Fuck) and SPOEK MATHAMBO offers a fresh and offbeat hip-hop novo, a hybrid between heavy bass and groovy and electro-pop speed, on which a flow of graphical lyrics flows.

One of the most prolific underground artists in South Africa, SIBOT is a well-known musician, producer-arranger, DJ and turntablist. His productions attest to an abundant universe made of simple and heady melodies combined with syncopated hip hop rhythms reminiscent of those of Prefuse 73, deep electronica, virtuoso scratching and melancholy jazzy atmospheres. On stage, Sibot weaves laptop, platinum, sampler and mixer like Jimi Hendrix his guitar. With Spoek, they ignite irreparably the dance floor. SPOEK MATHAMBO begins with the famous MC Watkin Tudor Jones (aka MC Totally Rad aka Max.Normal) and quickly establishes himself as an independent force of the South African hip hop scene, incredibly illustrious both in his compositions and his scenic performances.

Today also known as Kool Disco Okapi or Royal Disko Knife, Spoek has forged a name as ndebele elektro folk singer and rapper as fashionistra, trouble maker or videographer! This hip hop rap maestro MC distills his dance-art-rap (Black Sweat) style in many projects (Electricoon, ...) and poses his impeccable flow in particular in SWEAT X where afro-electro cotoie hip hop old school, alongside the incredible Markus Wormstorm (DJ). Combining his talents to mix hip hop rap, electro and minimal music, the duet is part of the re-emergence of the neon rave culture, with extravagant costumes, sexualized lyrical assaults and injections of "glitch-a -declic-dance techno!
